Birthday parties at Huckleberry Collective are hands-on, a little messy, and completely stress-free for you. Your guests make something they're proud to take home. We handle the craft, the supplies, the instruction, the setup, and the cleanup. You bring the cake, food, and drinks.

How booking works
- Pick a party and a dateChoose your party above, then select an open date and time on the calendar.
- Pay a 50% depositYour deposit holds the date. The balance is due 7 days before your party.
- Confirm your headcountSend us your final number of children 7 days before the party.
Good to know
How much is the deposit?
Half of your party total, due at booking. For a standard $325 party, that's $162.50. The balance is due 7 days before your party.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 21 days before your party for a full refund. Inside 21 days, your deposit is non-refundable. If we're able to fill your date, we'll refund it in full. Reach out as early as you can: the sooner we know, the better the chance of rebooking.
How long is the party?
Your party lasts 2 hours, with time for cake and presents built in. We also reserve an extra 30 minutes before your party starts so we can set up the craft area. Want more party time? Add an extra 30 minutes at the end for $40.
Can I add more kids after I book?
Yes, up to 15 children, at $20 per additional child. Confirm your final headcount 7 days before the party.
What should we bring?
The cake, food, and drinks. We handle everything else: crafts, supplies, setup, cleanup, and the party space.

Our parties are designed for ages 5-14. Choose the age group closest to your guests, and we'll adjust the project as needed.
